IP Global Guard is the specialist intellectual property service line of META Channel Corporation, an Irish-incorporated regulatory and legal advisory group. All services are provided by META Channel Corporation Limited. For matters before EUIPO, the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the systems administered by WIPO, we act directly where our professionals are entitled to act and otherwise through qualified representatives. For national offices in Latin America, Africa and other jurisdictions, we coordinate qualified local counsel.
